Knoxville: bad news, good rumors

J Cabler says the Knoxville skatepark project is delayed for a year, but other sources say the Wallos ditch is back from the dead. Wallos, named after an infamous Hawaiian storm drain, was a classic KnoxVegas skatespot during the 1980's, near I-40 and Papermill Rd.
